General Description:
The Sponsorship and Trips Coordinator’s primary role will be to effectively manage all organizational aspects of the GO Sponsorship Program and GO Trips working closely with the Operations and Donor Relations Directors.
Job Description Detail:
GO Sponsorship Program: Manage the input of new children and child updates, process all new sponsorships, facilitate twice yearly letter writing events, be the primary point-of-contact for sponsors, participate in church visits and sponsorship events.
GO Trips Coordination: Create a budget and registration page for each trip, work with team lead to manage training, ensure payments and release forms are completed, make travel arrangements for teams and staff.
Fundraising: Support in planning and execution of fundraising events, working closely with the Donor Relations Director.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned that align with the responsibilities of this role.
Skills and Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Familiar with Google web-based products, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Zoom, Mailchimp and Canva
Willingness to learn and be adaptable
Excellent organizational skills
Effective and timely written and spoken communication with a wide range of personalities
Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, able to prioritize and complete work on time
Personal and Professional Qualities
