Advocate Resources

GO on the Mission is passionate about helping end extreme poverty around the world. This, however cannot be achieved by simply seeing one or even 100 children sponsored. Child advocacy is a deliberate and scalable chain reaction model to end extreme poverty in a sustainable way. The chain reaction aspect of this is easy. Child advocates simply recruit other advocates creating a ripple affect of advocates dedicated to seeing kids around the world get sponsored. These children will receive a valuable education so they can help lift their families and communities out of poverty. Our model is sustainable as it moves beyond elementary education and rolls into microenterprise development and higher education opportunities.

Advocacy is an exciting way that you can be part of this chain reaction. As an advocate you are committed to find sponsors for 5 kids over the next 60 days. An advocate will connect with family, friends, coworkers, and community members to encourage them to sponsor a child in need and become an advocate themselves. Please fill out the attached form and send it to GO on the Mission if you are interested in hearing more about the program or would like to become a child advocate. Below you will also find helpful resources explaining what it means to be an advocate as well as steps to make your efforts easier and more effective.
